Professional poker player Jennifer Harman, earlier this month, was inducted in Poker Hall of Fame at an event in Downtown Las Vegas. Jennifer as well as her fellow poker pro John Juanda became the No. 49 and No. 50 members of Poker Hall of Fame.
Harman, now 50, had been among the pask of 10 finalists many times in recent times, but had always fallen short till this year. Jennifer has around US$ 2.5 million in event earnings, with 2 career bracelets, but he is known for winning an incalculable amount millions in cash games.
A leading poker news site recently talked to Jennifer following her induction. Following her induction, there are millions and millions of people who engage in poker and there are just fifty in Poker Hall of Fame. Now, this is quite an honor to be among those pros at this point of time. This is freaking unbelievable. He feels that she has grinded and put in a lot of hard work to get the acknowledgment for what she has done. This makes her feel very good.
Jennifer added that she just want to make it to the top names. That was her top target when she was playing the US$30-US$60 limit hold’em at Bicycle Club. She never thought that she would be in the Hall of Fame. She never thought that she would get the respect of her peers like she has. She is happy to be able to contribute to history.
